These are images of a family of five who needed support from a local charity and orphanage, Watoto Wa Baraka.

The children have been suffering from a small insect they call a Jigger (Chigoe Flea) which have been a major problem to many people in Kenya.

They were given the treatment back at the orphanage that can cure them in a couple of weeks the problem is that many families are not able to afford the medicine.
